Terms, privacy and refunds.
Plain language, because a document nobody reads protects nobody. Draft for review by counsel before the first paid booking.
Who we are

Subscriptions
- A subscription gives your organisation access to the platforms and seats named in the tier you booked.
- Plans renew monthly or yearly, as booked, until you cancel. Prices are shown before payment, in the currency you choose, and exclude VAT where VAT applies.
- Payments are taken by Paystack or PayFast. We do not see or store your card details.
- You can cancel at any time by writing to us or through your payment provider. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- If we change a price, existing subscribers get 30 days' written notice before it applies to them.
Refunds
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not used the platforms for client work, we refund that payment in full.
- After that, we do not refund part-periods, but we will not charge you for another one.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 working days.
Your data
- Your decision records and uploaded sources are yours. We process them only to run the platforms for you.
- You can export your decision records at any time, and on cancellation we keep them available for export for 60 days.
- We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, for clients in the EEA and UK, treat the GDPR as the standard we meet. A data-processing agreement is available on request.
- On this website we keep what is needed to answer you or process a booking: your name, email, organisation and message. Payment providers keep their own records under their own notices.
- To access, correct or erase your personal information, write to us. We answer within 30 days.
What the platforms do and do not do
The platforms show conditions and consequences. They do not replace the judgement of the named person who owns each decision, and nothing in them is legal, financial or employment advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes go first to a conversation, then to the courts of South Africa.
